Personal Interests
Dr. Tatari and Dr. Ebrahimi have been happily married since 2016, and he really enjoys spending quality time with his family outside of work. Other personal passions include reading, clay sporting, boxing, and Formula 1 racing.
Background & Education
Dr. Tatari was born and spent his early years in Damascus but has been in the US for nearly 40 years. He attended Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1999. After graduation, he decided to make Houston his permanent home.

Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI)
Even with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Tatari is constantly striving to improve his skills and has earned a fellowship at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), which provides cutting-edge training. Dr. Tatari has recently completed courses in advanced reconstruction and physiologic rehabilitation, among other advanced programs at the school. LVI has always been a leader in hands-on, advanced dental education and is considered by many professionals to be the best in the country. What does this mean for his patients? It means that their dentist has achieved a level of expertise that is rarely matched among his peers.
Dr. Tatari has completed over 400 hours of advanced education. For comparison, a typical bachelor’s degree requires 120 hours. Dr. Tatari has studied specialties, such as Cosmetic Dentistry and Dental Sleep Medicine. He has spent over 200 hours learning dental implant surgical techniques and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He also has extensive training and a fellowship at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Tatari’s additional training and certification with LVI has enabled him to develop an understanding of the science and art of dentistry not shared by many others. He is one of the top in his field and able to provide truly comprehensive dentistry with life-changing results.
